Midwest Alpaca Owners and Breeders Association is a well-established association that has been providing alpaca shows for many years. In 2024, we are excited to offer two shows on the same weekend!
The MOPACA Alpaca Invitational Show (MIAS), and the Mid America Alpaca Challenge, will take place between March 22 and March 24, 2024.
Hale Arena, Kansas City will be our venue once again.
Annual shows are fun for all the family! The annual shows offer fun for the whole family!
Learn about alpaca farming by talking to ranchers. You can even kiss an alpaca! You'll be amazed at how intelligent and gentle they are.
Over the years, MOPACA's Alpaca Show became a popular event. Families of all ages enjoy visiting the alpacas. They also love talking to the owners and seeing the products that come from alpacas.
Visitors can see alpaca fibre being spun into yarn and then woven into rugs, shawls and other products.
Then, you can shop for alpaca items such as scarves, sweaters and socks. Check out the list of vendors below. Many farms have stalls where they sell products.
The show has something for everyone and many people return to the show year after year just to see the alpacas.
