NAR 2019 Database Issue now includes [wwPDB] A new PDB archive paper. We will be exhibiting a booth on Saturday, 17th November (Sat) at the event "". The new version of the Java-based molecular viewers, jV and jV2, has been released. The latest version of jV is 4.5.4.
No functional changes have been made compared to previous versions. The only thing that was changed is the certification of signing.
Update procedures may be required for Java applets embedded in web sites. Details are below.
Update the jV placed when the Java applet embedded on the website refers to the software. The certificate will expire and prevent the launch of the jV.
