Our annual Conference and Awards will take place at Reading, 14-15 November.
ITSM22, with its more than 40 presentations and the Professional Service Management Awards from around the world, offers an abundance of content, discussion, and networking opportunities.
If you have limited time, we also offer a one-day conference pass for Monday or Tuesday. A two-day pass or a Monday pass includes our Sunday night networking event. You can also purchase tickets to the gala dinner and drinks reception on Monday evening.

Your health and safety is of paramount importance to us. We want all attendees to ITSM22 feel included and safe. We will work closely with the venue in order to ensure that all safety measures are in place. This includes applying COVID-19 protection measures according to the government guidelines of the time.
A traffic-light system has also been introduced to make sure everyone enjoys their experience in person. If you have a green badge attached to your lanyard, that means you are happy with handshakes and hugs; amber means fist bumps or elbows; red means no physical contact. Pick your colour the day of!
