The 2024 Optical Fibre Communications Conference and Exhibition (OFC), which took place in October, exceeded all expectations. It has now cemented its position as the world's premier event for optical networking.
OFC 2024, with its 12,500 registered attendees from 74 different countries, more than 630 companies exhibiting (23% more than 2023), as well as hundreds of sessions featuring industry-renowned speakers and invited guests, was a unique gathering of industry professionals. It also served as a global hub of innovation and collaboration.
Topics like 800ZR (Linear Pluggable Optics), Coherent PON (Linear Pluggable Optics), Multicore Fiber, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Data Center Technology, Quantum Networking and more, captured the attention of industry leaders and experts, as well as media, analysts, and students around the world.
