VA records a new record in the delivery of benefits to women veterans. VA has processed 1 million benefits claims by 2024 in record time. VA Secretary: Department is taking steps to discourage claim sharks. Veterans who were exposed to toxic substances and other hazards while serving in the military are eligible for VA healthcare starting March 5. Iowa veterans continue to receive support through the annual stand-down. VA announces historic commitments for hiring and supporting military spouses.
