The 2024 Annual Spring Orchid Show will be held at the Society.

Fitzroy PavilionExhibition Park In CanberraCorner of Flemington Road & Northbourne Avenue MITCHELL ACT.

On Saturday, 21st September, from 10am to 4pmOn Sunday, 22 Septembre, from 10am to 3pm.

The show is held in conjunction with Horticultural Society of Canberra's Spring Show.

The show features a wide variety of exotic and native orchids that are mostly grown.By society members in full bloomThe show will feature plant and product sales by several commercial growers/suppliers.

The event will include demonstrations on how to repot orchids as well as the chance to purchase them.Talk to members of the Society to learn about orchid care.It is best to let them bloom for many years.

Our book Growing Orchids in a Cool Climate Australia has been updated to the second edition.The product will be available for sale.

In the Show area, you can enjoy light refreshments.

Admission: $5 for both shows. No concessions.
