The Mozambique International Mining & Energy Conference and Exhibition (MMEC 2024) will be held in Maputo from May 2 - 3, 2024. MMEC 2024, the 10th edition, will be one of the longest-running and largest business events in Mozambique. It will draw participation from corporate and government leaders, with a focus on the mining, oil, and gas, and energy sectors of the country.
The event will be held in the contexts of global energy and resource markets that are constantly changing, following the long-term effects of the COVID epidemic and its aftermath. It will also take place against the backdrop of the geopolitical crisis resulting from the Russia-Ukraine war.
