FreshEx is Wisconsin’s Fresh Food Expo and the only collaborative event bringing together foodservice AND retail under one roof for product sourcing, networking moments and discovering that next game changer. Produced by the Wisconsin Bakers Association, the Wisconsin Grocers Association and the Wisconsin Restaurant Association, this conference welcomes decision makers from restaurants, bar and grills, grocery stores and bakeries.

Robert is the Senior Manager of Technomic. His focus is on using consumer insights for clients to shape their foodservice strategies. Technomic's foodservice consumer A&U tracking program and chain brand health monitoring program is overseen by Robert. The data are paired with industry and menu analysis to create custom presentations and trend reports. Robert has presented at many conferences across the U.S. on topics such as consumer trends and opportunities to restaurant operators, manufacturers, and distributors. Beloit College gave him a bachelor's degree. Robert currently lives in Chicago, and considers himself to be the ultimate burger lover.
