The trail lap is a 11.5 km trail race which takes place in a hilly and changing terrain. The trail lap WALK, a walking class with no timing, is 8 kilometers.
Four runners each run a section through the Castle Forest in the Relay Race.
The special lap can be adapted to your needs with functional variations. The course can be 3.1 kilometers or 2.1 kilometers.

Lilla Varvet, for children and youth aged 7-13 years old, runs a course in the Castle Forest. It finishes at the Castle Forest.
