Over the next few weeks, we will issue full refunds on all booth payments that have been collected. As we go through this process, we appreciate your patience.
As many of you are aware, the Bazaar is the heart of our fundraising efforts. The event has been held for 19 years, and preparations for the August show have been ongoing for many years. We haven't been able attract enough vendors to fill the show this year, and our operating expenses keep increasing. We are a non-profit, volunteer-based organization and cannot afford to lose any money. We also don't want vendors to lose their money. It was a disappointing show last year and we don't want it to happen again. It is in your best interests, and ours, that you cancel now, rather than continue to be disappointed.
