Tədbir 2008-ci ildə Fenalco Atlantico və Kolumbiya Qızıl Xaç Atlantik Bölməsi tərəfindən Kolumbiya Karib hövzəsinin mətbəxi və kulinariya mədəniyyətlərini təbliğ etmək məqsədi ilə yaradılmışdır.
