The Dallas Chocolate Festival is made up of three parts: a pre-party and the main festival/conference. There are also workshops. This indoor summer festival offers a huge selection of handcrafted chocolates. Vendors spend time discussing products, backgrounds and specialties as well as their personal preferences and the types of chocolate they enjoy most. Kevin Wenzel, of Wiseman House Chocolates says that adventure is key to discovering new tastes and ideas.
