The EBME Expo is now in its 15th year and has become the largest gathering of UK clinical engineers, EBME Managers and Support Staff. Since 2019, the event has welcomed a large number of healthcare procurement officials and operating theatre managers, which means it now caters to the full lifecycle of medical equipment users. The event caters for the full life cycle of medical equipment users, from purchasing, installation, setting up to use, maintenance and eventually replacement.

The EBME Expo hosts 4 onsite conferences: The EBME Conference, The Operating Theatre Conference (also known as the Healthcare Procurement Conference), and the Medical Device Training Conference. Over 140 exhibitors will be showcasing medical equipment and technologies to more than 1,400 healthcare professionals.
