Attendees must own, operate or work for a convenience store, truck stop or petroleum marketer/distributor, or transport company. Suppliers who are not exhibiting won't be allowed to enter the show floor, in order to respect the exhibitors who financially support it. ACES Expo management must approve all registrations. Non-exhibiting vendors policyTo ensure the integrity of ACES Expo and the value of the exhibit space, the policy is as follows. Any non-exhibiting vender who wishes to attend ACES Expo must pay AOMA Convention Registration Fees per person or have your company paid an amount equivalent to the fee of one booth. Non-exhibiting vendor policy: Vendors who do not pay fees will not be allowed to enter the trade show floor.
