Anuga 2023 has ended after days of valuable discussions, presentations and trends. The world's largest and leading trade fair for foods and beverages was a huge success. It once again confirmed its position as industry leader. The impressive increase of trade visitors and exhibitor from all over the world is something we are especially proud of.

The world's largest trade fair exceeded expectations with approximately 140,000 visitors from 200 different countries, and 7,900 exhibitors representing 118 different nations. On the exhibitor side, international representation reached a record-breaking 94 percent. And on the visitor's side, it was a record-breaking 80 percent. Anuga is now more international than ever, and its success as a global food show has been reaffirmed.
