Messe Stuttgart wants to continuously improve its portfolio of trade shows. Messe Stuttgart will expand the range of laser material processing at its events. LASYS is no longer a standalone trade fair.

Since LASYS's debut in 2008, laser technology has grown rapidly. The importance of topics such as automation, digitalisation and AI-supported processes has also increased. Lasers have found new applications.

Messe Stuttgart decided that in order to reflect the diverse range of applications, it would use and strengthen the theme of laser material processing within an industrial setting at its established events. LASYS is no longer a standalone trade fair.

"Lasers and optics, as well as photonics, are still very important to Messe Stuttgart. Our goal is to leverage our network and contacts to create a platform that takes into consideration the objectives of our exhibitors. We plan to have special areas with technical content at our exhibitions and trade shows, such as Quantum Effects, NORTEC, AMB, VISION, TecStyle Visions, wetec, and Moulding Expo.
