During the Digi Hotel workshops, experts analyzed the digital developments which define the new landscape for the reservation process, hotel promotion, and customer service. Marketing experts demonstrated for three days the latest tools in Digital Marketing and how hoteliers could use them to grow their business.

Architects and representatives from leading hospitality brands presented the most important trends in renovation, energy savings, landscaping, and lighting for hotel units within the context of stage workshops. The architectural design was done by the architectural firm RS SPARCH, and Professor of Architecture, Ms. Rena Sakalaridou at the University of Thessaloniki. The editorial of the speeches, and their coordination in the exhibition, were done by ek magazine, an architectural magazine.
