404 - PAGE NOT FOUND

The 404 error means that the file cannot be found. The file name could be incorrect or in a different directory if you've already uploaded it.

If you are using Hot Link Protection and the domain does not appear on the list, then you may receive a 404 Error.

If you go to your temporary url (http://ip/~username/) and get this error, there maybe a problem with the rule set stored in an .htaccess file. Try renaming the file to.htaccess backup and refreshing the website to see if this resolves the problem.

You may have accidentally deleted the document root, or your account might need to be recreated. In either case, contact your webhost immediately.
