Food & Hospitality Queensland was a great success. The event featured more than 160 exhibitors showcasing the latest products, as well as special events such the Queensland Chef Of The Year and Brisbane Cafe School.

The event is a must-attend for anyone working in the hospitality and food industry. Owners and operators of bars, cafes and caterers as well as convenience stores, fast-food outlets, hotels and resorts, restaurants, supermarkets and hotels attended.

Chefs compete with the clock and each other in a competition of culinary skills, creativity and ingenuity.

It is located in the Food & Hospitality Queensland Exhibition. The pavilion features boutique food, beverage and ingredient suppliers all over Australia.

The Aged Care Catering Summit is held in conjunction with the show. The Aged Care Catering Summit brings together aged care chefs, catering managers and facility managers to engage in industry discussion and network.
