A week of celebrations in July will bring together the care community to discuss the most pressing issues facing the sector, recognize the talents of care workers, and advocate for change.

UK Care Week combines the past healthcare brands (Dementia Care & Nursing Home Expo, and the Home Care Expo) to create an event that is open to all care professionals.

The National Care Awareness Survey, November 2021, identified funding, recruitment and retention as the greatest challenges facing the care industry.

Social care's strength is its passionate, dedicated workforce. From care assistants to CEOs they are heroes who care about people and want to make a difference. These very heroes have been the ones that have fallen under the pressures of the industry.
