Beauty giants from around the world are grabbing market share in China.

May 22-24, China Beauty Expo (CBE) is going to launch its 28th edition in Shanghai. The three-day event will feature many international brands and exhibitors covering all aspects of the beauty industry, from finished products to packaging solutions.

CBE's parent, Informa PLC, is the world's largest beauty event organizer with over 560 exhibitions a year. It has strong resources and advantages internationally in industries like beauty, life sciences, nutrition and healthcare, architecture, design and maritime, as well as real estate, culture, and real estate. Informa acquired UBM Group on June 18, 2018 at a valuation of 38 Billion RMB (including debt). This merger created the largest exhibition organizer in the world.

CBE, the largest global platform for beauty resources and products, has been a significant indicator of industry growth since its launch in 1997. The event is held at the Shanghai New International Expo Center. The show has been awarded Shanghai Famous Brand, Shanghai International Brand Exhibitions, and ranked number one in the Top 100 Beauty Shows of the World for three consecutive years.

CBE 2023 featured an exhibition space of 220,000 square metres, with more than 3,200 exhibitor and 55,620 product lines. It attracted more than 500,000 visitors from over 60 countries in Asia, Europe, and America. CBE 2023 is a step forward for CBE as it brings Professional Beauty, Cosmetics and Supply Chains together to create one the largest platforms in the world for beauty innovation.
