The San Diego Crew Classic, the most prestigious spring rowing event in the United States, is held every year. The San Diego Crew Classic is the premier spring rowing regatta in the United States. It is highly regarded by rowers of all levels, genders and abilities as the first race of the season. The Crew Classic is a long-standing tradition that has brought together athletes, spectators, San Diego's best food and beer and grand hospitality events in the iconic Crown Point venue at Mission Bay.

The Crew Classic is more than just a race. Vendor Row is a gathering of the best rowing and sports brands in America. Supporting the San Diego Crew Classic can have a positive impact on the lives of rowing competitors across the nation. It is a privilege to host Para athletes and military veterans from Freedom Rows from across the United States. Each spring we support initiatives to "Learn To Row", and work towards becoming the greenest regatta in the world. Our Donors and Sponsors enable us to continue our work.

Since 1973, the San Diego Crew Classic represents community, fairness, and healthy competition. The San Diego Crew Classic began as a small event to bring together a few crews in our backyard. It has grown into the largest regatta on the west coast and a premier charity event.
