You can pay via bank transfer, credit card or cheque upon receipt of invoice. The invoice will provide details. Payment is required prior to the event. Invoicing enquiries can be sent to [email protected].

Your delegate ticket gives you access to all the events, including the conference and exhibition. It also includes lunches, refreshments, and the venue. Please see the event agenda for more details. Accommodation and travel is not included.

Dietary requirementsIf you have any special dietary requirements please contact [email protected] and we will happily arrange appropriate food for you.

AccommodationAccommodation is not included, nor can we book it on your behalf. You can find our hotel recommendation and special offer under the Accommodation tab.

Only in writing can cancellations be made. Substitutions can be made at any time without charge.

If you need to change the date, please contact us before or after your arrival.
