Entry tags for gourds are available from 9 am to 5 pm. Exhibitors may place entries.

The public is invited to attend the Gourd Show at 12 p.m. Workshops and vendor sales. Gourd crafts, special activities and "make it and bring it" options.

OGS membership meeting at 5:15 pm (check the OGS website or watch for announcements during the Show to find out the exact location).

Open to the public at 9 am. Workshops, vendor sales, demonstrations and "make it and keep it" crafts.

Entry tags for the gourd competition are available between 9 and 11 am. Exhibitors may begin place entries.

Judgement of entries for competitions will take place between 11:30 and 1 pm. The entire exhibit hall, or parts of it, may be closed to the public for judging.

Open to the public at 10 am. Vendors sales, demonstrations and "make it, take it" crafts.

The Ohio Gourd Show is held annually at the Delaware County Fairgrounds, located at 236, Pennsylvania Avenue in Delaware, Ohio.

The Show will feature gourds, gourd arts, art and crafts supplies, and other special programs. The weekend will be filled with demonstrations, workshops, and presentations that highlight the worlds of gourds.

Note: With the consent of at least two other OGS officers, the Show Chairperson may waive any of the vendor regulations when in the best interests of OGS or visitors to the Ohio Gourd Show. Vendors who do not meet exhibit requirements will be asked to donate an additional 5% (totaling 15%) as determined by Show Committee.
