We invite you to attend. The festival will take place on October 12-13 2024, at the Bethlehem Fairgrounds, Route 61, in Bethlehem (just north of town). Attend our informative lectures, watch our cooking demonstrations and enjoy a live performance by a band. Our garlic food vendors will have a variety of garlic spreads, oils, cheeses and dips available to purchase. Most offer FREE samples so you can try them before buying! Visit our produce stands to find fresh garlic, as well as a wide variety of fall produce. If you are hungry, visit our food court. Our food court has a variety of items, including roasted garlic with peppers and onion, garlic ice-cream, garlic ice pizza, deep-fried garlic, specialty garlic sliders and wood fired garlic. Our games and rides are great for the children!
