Rebecca is an experienced executive who has a background in People and Culture and Law. She has successfully led change within organisations to improve operations and ensure they are service-oriented, strategic and optimised. Rebecca began her legal career both in Australia and abroad. In 2014, she joined St Vincent's Public Hospital Melbourne as the Executive Director Legal and Commercial Services. Rebecca was appointed in 2018 to lead People and Culture and Corporate Services and by 2021 she will be taking up the same position at St Vincent's Public Health Network Sydney. Rebecca began her role as Chief Culture & People Officer at St Vincent's early in 2023. She now proudly leads 30,000 employees who provide incredible care for those we serve.
