Warren County Fairgrounds is celebrating over 170 years in agriculture and community. The Warren County Agricultural Society hosted the first fair in 1850. Around ten years after the first fair, harness racing began. This attracted large crowds who wanted to watch records being broken on a regulation horse track. The fairgrounds hosted the first major event, besides the summer festival, with an auto show in 1917. The 94-acre site hosts a number of nationally recognized events including Country Apple Fest and Presidential Rallies. It also hosts weddings, concerts, auctions, fundraisers and more.
