The Intergovernmental Organisation responsible for overseeing and regulating international exhibitions of non-commercial nature ("Expos") that last longer than three weeks is called the BIE. It organizes 4 types of Expos today: the World Expos (specialised Expos), Horticultural Expos, and the Triennale di Milano.
