GIES Exhibition Products 2022 Hong Kong Council of Social Service
The largest public education event on gerontechnology in Hong Kong, the Gerontech and Innovation Expo cum Summit is jointly hosted by the HKSAR Government and Hong Kong Council of Social Service and organised with the Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation.
GIES has attracted attention and support from a variety of parties since its launch in 2017. GIES is not only a platform for the public to learn and explore gerontechnology, but also a place where the elderly and the rehabilitation services sector can be mobilized. The GIES also helps to develop several pilot projects and services.
GIES also provides a platform for stakeholders to engage with each other in dialogue and collaborate on border adoption of Gerontech. The GIES also helps Hong Kong to meet the challenges brought on by ageing populations and disabilities.
