The successful holding of the fisheries expo establishes the position of Xiamen Fisheries Expo as the largest fisheries expo in south China. The expo which was composed of four domestic halls and one international hall, covered 20000m2 and the booths were up to 10000; the exhibitors increased to 488 and international exhibitors were up to 84, which was the highest new record in history.
