The Kitchen-Shanghai The 2023 Competition Team. The Kitchen Judge 2023
La Cuisine is an essential stop for both foodies and casual observers. La Cuisine, our premier cooking contest, attracts eight Michelin-recognized international teams. The teams are given only raw ingredients to use in the two-day event. They must then use their culinary skills to create a story based on a theme.
The World Association of Chefs' Societies (WACS) has endorsed the competition, ensuring that it meets the highest standards.

Personal Experience
He led the National Expert Team for Cooking in Western Cuisine to win the Bronze Medal at the 45th WorldSkills Competition in Kazan, Russia. This marked a breakthrough for the Western food sector in China and opened a whole new chapter for the Western food market.
He was designated as a professional trainer by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security to create various vocational training programs via live or recorded broadcasts on the online platform of skillmasters in accordance with occupational standards.

La Cuisine
This year, La Cuisine took place at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (Hall N4). 24 well-reputed international and domestic chefs joined the event and brought about exquisite cooking skills to each SIAL China participant.
This edition was endorsed by World Association of Chefs Societies (WACS) and organized 8 teams from Beijing, Anhui, Shanghai, Hong Kong Region, Shenzhen, Japan, Malaysia, Italy to compete for the champion. Each team was consisted of 3 highly-skilled chefs and required to complete themed dishes on-site.
