The Congressional Black Caucus Foundation presents the 52nd Annual Legislative Conference, which will take place at the prestigious Walter E. Washington Convention Center from September 20 – 24, 2023. The inspiring theme of "Securing Our Democracy" will be the focus. Under the inspiring theme "Securing Our Democracy. "Uplifting Our Culture.," This conference will be a gathering of visionaries and activists who are shaping future African Americans and global Black communities.

We invite you join us at ALC. The ALC is widely recognized as America's premier policy forum, where innovative solutions and a united vision of progress and equity are brought to life. We must strengthen our democracy in this moment of transition, protect our freedoms and celebrate our rich and vibrant cultural heritage. Together, we can ignite change and create a path to a fair and just society.

This year's conference, under the leadership of Delegate Stacey Plaskett & Senator Raphael Warnock as honorary cochairs, will address the pressing issues that define our time. Their voices will echo throughout the ALC as they demonstrate dedication and commitment in advancing the rights of all Americans and their well-being.
