In the last few years, there has been a significant evolution in the meat industry. This has led to new innovative methods from a technical as well as a proactive perspective. In 2013, Ecod launched iMEAT (r), an event dedicated to the meat industry: retail butchers and delicatessens as well as specialized catering. iMEAT (r) is the only national fair that connects operators to suppliers in all product categories. iMEAT (r) is also a time for in-depth analyses of different topics and an update on a number of issues that are aimed at the future of the industry.
