Registration and Badge pickup will be on the 5th Floor of the Hilton, Crystal Ballroom. The number of badges available on the same day will depend on capacity. Please purchase your badge in advance to ensure entry. Opens at 8:30am on Thursday and closes at 2:00pm on Sunday (open throughout the day).

GAMING BEGINS AT 10:00am on Thursday, January 12th, and ends at 6pm on Sunday, January 15.

Friday, January 13th from 1:00pm to 6:00pm (12 Noon Sneak Peek VIP)Saturday, January 14, 10:00am to 6:00pmSunday, January 15, 10:00am to 2:00pm.

In the convention areas, outside food and beverages are not permitted. Only food purchased at the Hilton is permitted. You will have to consume any food or beverages that are brought in by the Hilton or delivered to your room. Please help us by letting the Hilton know that Midwinter will be charged $300 per incident for outside food & beverages.
