We are a small group of comic book, art and fiction enthusiasts. We value education, community and shared experiences. The Gem City Comic Con has grown with the help of friends, family and a large number of attendees.
We want to encourage art and reading in children and adults by introducing them to the worlds of sequential art. We offer a family-friendly event that allows people to enjoy comic collecting in a social setting.
Comic shows are now MEGA-POP CULTURE EVENTS. Massive convention halls are filled by attracting fans from all corners of the fandom. Tickets are expensive, and everything is "a-la-carte". Gem City Comic con is different, we "Do Comics". We think a narrower focus event will create a richer experience. We want to give your family the same experience that we had as children.
