FitCon encourages all to Find Your Fit. No matter if it's Powerlifting or Crossfit, Bodybuilding, Roller Derby or Axe-Throwing, FitCon encourages everyone to Find Their Fit. We encourage people to do an activity that they enjoy every day. We want to create an event where people can enjoy a wide range of sports and fitness in one place. Be active, both mentally and physically push yourself, and enjoy life.

FitCon is known for its high-energy and motivating atmosphere during the expo. We love when our vendors showcase amazing displays, and we love to see our competitions fueling the vibe. We create an environment that motivates and inspires attendees to achieve new heights. We not only create a high-energy environment, we also provide a variety of entertainment during the event.

WORLD-CLASS ATHLETES. FitCon is home to multiple competitions of the highest quality, including many national and international ones. These competitions feature the best athletes in the nation competing at the highest levels. We not only support the local Utah scene, but also have premier competitions. Local sports have a great platform to show off their talents. This is done by creating a network of fitness events which work together. Powerlifting and Strongman are among the competitions. Other events include Boxing, Jiu Jitsu (Jiu Jitsu), NPC, IFBB Arm Wrestling Ninja Warrior Model Search.
