Loading is only for dealers on Friday Setup Day (12 noon to 8 PM). Saturday 7am-9pm. Please do not park on the ramps once you have finished unloading.

The La Quinta in orange on Highway 62 will offer a discount of 20.00 per night to people who tell them that they are here for the gunshow! !

In the year 2024, there will be a few adjustments to the rental rates for tables and the rolling of the tables to other dates. A deposit of 25% is required to reserve table spots.

All tables, with the exception of some venues which use 6 foot tables in a 3-table end cap, are 8 foot tables.

Vendors can still make deposits to secure their place at that venue for the next show. This being said, I also live this life and sometimes the life throws a curveball. Vendors can only move tables to the following show at this location ONCE PER YEAR.

If a vendor tries to move their tables and set up at another venue with a new Promoter, they may do this and will be welcome back at our next show.

Missing my show in favor of another promoter has consequences. Vendors will lose all deposits and any claim to designated spaces. They will also be reinstalled into the gun show as per floor plan.

Vendors who book two consecutive shows or more at any venue will receive a 8% discount on the total cost of their table. If you pay in full, deduct 5%.
