Shanghai International Hats, Scarves, Gloves Expo, organized jointly by Shanghai Costume Society, Shanghai Costume Society Accessories Professional Committee, and Shanghai Gehua Exhibition Service Co, Ltd, took place for the first in 2018 in Shanghai. The exhibition, which was founded in 1998, has evolved with the industry. It has attracted well-known companies and channel players who have a keen understanding of the fashion industry.
