Clarification Notice. PHISHING EMAILS POSING as COMASIA. Comasia Limited ("Comasia") recently reported that unidentified parties had used Comasia's brand name in phishing emails with the addresses "[email]" or "[email]", and required exhibitors to send security deposits or participation fees into a bank account which did not belong to Comasia or was not authorized by Comasia.Here is an example of a phishing email that contains information about a bank account that neither belongs to Comasia nor has been authorised by it:Comasia clarifies its email domain as "@comasia.com.hk". Comasia does not send these emails, and has no relation to the content of the phishing emails above or the bank account above. Please do not reply to emails from phishing addresses. Do not make bank transfers as stated in the phishing emails. And please don't provide personal information to these senders.Comasia Limited May 20, 2023.
