The Washington Metropolitan Chapter of Community Associations Institute is thrilled to announce the 2022 Conference & Expo will be held in person! The 2023 Conference & Expo takes place in Washington, DC on February 24-25.

The Conference & Expo of WMCCAI is the largest gathering for community association professionals in D.C. Metro Area. It is also the largest event across CAI Chapters worldwide.

Pre-conference trainings will be offered again for 2023. These sessions are designed to give senior-level community association managers the education they need to keep their professional certifications and continue their education in the industry. All conference attendees will have access to 12 education sessions on Saturday, February 25, along with 7 hours of exhibition time with hundreds of companies.

The Conference & Expo of WMCCAI is an annual event that is attended by more than 2,200 members and others. The Expo Hall will be home to many companies from a range of service sectors. We hosted more than 200 companies in 2020 and had over 2,100 people attend! The education sessions are delivered by experienced homeowners, community association managers, as well as business partners.
