To implement the "14th Five Year Plan" of the Party Central Committee, we must promote energy conservation, emission reduction and ecological and environmental cooperation along the Silk Road. We also need to improve the living conditions, enhance technical exchanges, and strengthen cooperation.

As a city that is a part of the Silk Road, "One Belt and One Road", Xi'an's scale, coverage and internationalization will be greater. More than 500 water treatment firms and over 50,000 professionals will attend.
