The NACHMO DC Sampler Showcase showcases local choreographers that have created new works in just one month as part of the NACHMO January Challenge.

Capital City Symphony and Assistant Conductor Ingrid Lestrud explore musical confluence, where art imitates live and life sometimes imitates art.

Inspired by Laurel Victoria Gray’s forthcoming book "Legacy of the Silk Road", this dance concert evokes the history and enchantment of Central Asia.

Allow the moment to be experienced through movement and body. Dances about climate, identity, border, agency, and the future merge physical storytelling with the present.

The Passion of Joan of Arc by Carl Theodor Dreyer will be scored live using analog and digital sound equipment, software, and hardware, including eurorack, modular synth, internet radio, artist-created instruments, and conductive objects.

Six classical singers perform a joint recital, which is accompanied by live music, movement, and song, in order to share their interpretations of the cultural and ecological heritage they have in the world.

Capitol Movement Dance Company can perform jazz, hip-hop and tap. CM also represents the DC Community at all ages, from all ethnicities, socioeconomic backgrounds, and with all experiences.
