The right to live is a fundamental human right. In defending that right, we are a joyous witness to the dignity and beauty of each human being.

The March for Life brings together women, men and children across the nation in a peaceful, vibrant and joyful rally. Tens of thousands pro-lifers march up Capitol Hill every year on the anniversary the Supreme Court ruling in 1973 Roe V. Wade which legalized abortion across all 50 states. This is the largest human rights protest in the world. This is not a protest... TOGETHER WE GATHER TO CELEBRATE THE LIFE. From the moment of conception, we celebrate every single life. We imagine a world in which every life is valued, protected, and celebrated.

We imagine a world in which these moments will be celebrated, valued and protected both in the public and private sphere.

Even though Roe v. Wade has been overturned and allows states more freedom to pass pro-life legislation, the work of building a culture of Life in the United States of America remains. It is a different focus. In a post Roe America, abortions are expected to drop by only 200,000 per year. There are many national legislative battles ahead, including the long-standing Hyde protections that limit government funding of abortion in annual appropriation measures. Hyde Amendment, which has saved more than 2 million lives is the most important pro-life policy of our nation's past. But it cannot be taken as a given. Our most important task is to change hearts and minds. The national March for Life aims to change not only laws on a state and federal basis, but also the culture in order to make abortions unthinkable.
