The Shanghai New International Expo Centre will conclude the Shanghai Intelligent Building Technology Zone (SIBT), Shanghai Smart Home Technology Zone (SSHT), Parking China Zone (PKC), and the Shanghai Smart Office Technology zone (SSOT) on the 31st August 2023. The four events welcomed 457 exhibitors as well as 26,229 attendees. This year, the fairs featured a variety of innovative technologies and products for the construction industry. They also included a series value-added forums that provided a platform for knowledge sharing and business exchange.

Parking shortages in China have grown to be a major issue as the number of private cars increases. The central government has implemented various policies to combat the problem. Parking China is an exhibition that focuses on intelligent parking solutions and systems.
