1.3. After written agreement, the place will be reserved upon payment of 50% of total cost.

1.5. If space is available, applications received after September 24th 2021 may be considered.

1.6. The organizer reserves, on the basis of the general plan, the right to arrange exhibition stands in order of payment, while taking into consideration, as much as possible, the wishes of the Participants.

1.7. It is forbidden to display exhibits or advertising items outside of the stand, including the aisles and other areas.

The standard equipment composition changes proportionally if the area changes!

Unfurnished Exhibition Space - floor space marked without wall structures, electricity connection or carpeting. Construction of an exclusive stand in an unfurnished space can only be done by accredited companies. The participant and the organizer agree on the arrival time at the exclusive stand.

The Participant is not allowed to sublet the space without written permission from the organizer.
