A three-day event featuring workshops and exhibitors focusing on Mind-Body Spirit.

Last year, I was honored and delighted to be a part of the Mindfulness Expo. It was a successful and exciting event. The event was well-organized and well-marketed. Everything was planned meticulously and ran smoothly. The exhibitor's hall and the lecture series that ran back-to-back were packed with people.
