The supercapacitor industry in my country has shown a general upward trend over the past few years. This is largely due to the development of downstream industries, such as power grid construction, consumer electronics, new energy equipment and transportation. My country's market for supercapacitors grew from 6,65 billion yuan in 2015 to 17,6 billion yuan by 2021. This represents a compounded annual growth rate (CAGR) of 18,4%. China's supercapacitor industry is expected to reach 20 billion yuan in 2023.

Supercapacitors are used widely in many fields, including new energy buses, rail transportation, smart instruments and equipment, power grid equipment and UPS, port heavy machines, national defense, military and other industries. Supercapacitors, which have a 41.31% market share, are most commonly used in the new energy field. Second, the market shares of capacitors in the transportation sector are 31.36%. Thirdly, supercapacitors in the industrial area have a market share 100 million yuan or 20.36%.

The market for capacitors has been boosted by the booming new energy market, which is represented by solar power generation and electric vehicles. Supercapacitor manufacturers have created new opportunities for the industry through their application in new energy. China's market for supercapacitors will continue to grow rapidly in the future with the increase of supercapacitor application fields downstream, such as power grids and rail transit. Shenzhen New Energy Vehicle Industry Association will jointly host the 2024 Zhenwei Supercapacitor Industry Exhibition, along with New Energy Vehicle Industry Network and Zhenwei International Exhibition Group. This will create a new pattern for China's Supercapacitor Industry Market, one in the south and one in north. The 16th Shenzhen International Supercapacitor Industry Exhibition is scheduled to take place in Shenzhen*Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center, Shenzhen, China, from April 24 to 26 2024. The 16th Shanghai International Supercapacitor Industry Exhibition takes place in Shanghai*, November 19-21 2024. The National Exhibition and Convention Center will host the event.
