A: Your request for space at the show is your request. It is not a signed contract. After evaluating your application, our sales team will send you a lease agreement.

A: We are glad to have you on the show! Either send a check, or pay with your credit card. Please note that all funds must be paid in US dollars. If you pay with a credit or debit card and it is not possible to swipe your card, there will be a 3% processing charge.

A: Yes, all exhibits must be open during the public hours (SEE LEASE AGREEMENT) - your contract obligates you to keep your booth staffed at all times. Remember that show attendees purchased tickets with the expectation you would be available to answer any questions. You are missing out on potential business opportunities if your booth isn’t staffed.

A: Your booth space determines how many exhibitor credentials you get. You can purchase additional credentials for single or multi-day use if the amount you are receiving is not sufficient for your needs.
