Nonwoven Tech Africa, an International Exhibition & Conference on Nonwoven & Tech Textiles, will be held at Kenyatta International Exhibition Centre in Nairobi, Kenya, 23-24-25 Feb 2023. This exhibition will host a large number of companies representing 12 countries. Visitors include Filtration and Separation Industry and Packaging Industry. In large numbers, they are expected to attend the 1st Nonwoven Tech Africa Exhibition.

KICC, Kenya will host the Nonwoven Tech Africa Exhibition and Conference on February 23, 24, and 25, 2023. Africa's potential for Nonwoven growth is enormous, due to its medical & hygiene plastic industry, which was valued at Kshs 170 million in 2017. All of the sector's raw material is imported as granules. Directly, the Nonwoven sector employs 30,000 workers and indirectly, 100,000.

According to the World Bank , Kenya's real GDP (GDP) growth in 2018 was 5.7%. This is an increase of 4.9% in 2017, and will continue to rise steadily to 5.8% in 2019, and 6.0% in 2020.
