The GSMA Ministerial Programme 2024, now in its 18th anniversary, has again proved to be a crucial confluence between policymakers, regulatory agencies and the mobile industry. The event, which brought together over 180 delegates from governments and intergovernmental organizations, highlighted the collective effort to create a resilient digital economy that is inclusive and resilient.

The Ministerial Programme is returning to MWC Barcelona from 3-5 March, 2025.

We present the GSMA Government Leadership Award every year to a government that has successfully implemented digital policy and telecom regulations to achieve positive results in mobile connectivity.

Since its launch in 2006, the GSMA Ministerial Programme is gaining in popularity and scope.

The event brings together industry CEOs and ministers as well as telecom regulators and data protection authorities, senior representatives from international organisations, and other key players in the mobile industry. They will share their knowledge, encourage debate on current issues and engage with experts to discuss policy and regulatory matters.
